Student Union Advice Service

The Student Union Advice Service offers a safe & confidential space to talk through any worries or questions students may have about their University experience.
They are independent from the University, so anything a student tells us will not usually be shared with anyone outside the Service.
The team offers detailed help & advice on most course-related issues, complaints about wider University services, housing & tenancy issues, and student discipline issues. However, they are happy to speak to students about any issue they may have, even if their situation doesn't doesn’t fit into one of the above categories.
If the team can’t help directly, they will point the student in the direction of somebody who can!
You can book an appointment with the Student Union Advice Service by phone, zoom or in-person via their booking portal on the SU website. Students can also contact the team via their confidential advice@sussexstudent.com mailbox.
