- from 12.10pm to 12.50pm. This class uses our outdoor fitness area to combine strength and conditioning exercises/workout to provide a perfect high intensity workout in the sunshine (we hope). Come ready for the weather and bring lots of energy.
- from 1.05 to 1.45 pm. Tai Chi Qigong offers an ideal way to grasp the essence of Tai Chi through energy work, or Qi Gong, comprised of 18 postures designed to enhance the health and vitality of the body, mind, and spirit. Combining mindful movement with gentle, relaxed breathing, students become more aware of their entire bodies, recognising and releasing tension patterns to regulate energy and achieve optimal health. Join us to explore and experience the profound benefits of Tai Chi Qigong.
- from 1.05pm to 1.50pm. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class that will blow you away. Gemma brings buckets of energy and creates a supportive environment.

The method of training creates a high intensity and high energy class.
