Network problems

We are aware of an issue that occurred earlier this morning with our network, this was first reported at 08:43. The network was restored shortly after 09:00 and systems should now be functioning as normal.

If you are using a desktop and are still experiencing issues we advise restarting your device to re-establish network connection. To restart a desktop on site, you must press and hold the power button on the machine.

We are continuing to investigate the cause of the outage and monitor the service.
