Studentships
Seven students have been appointed to study complementary aspects of understanding the role of ApoE in Alzheimer’s disease with life span in the areas of psychology and biochemistry/neuroscience. The Supervisors are all members of the Sussex University Dementia Research group www.sussex.ac.uk/drg, and the studentships are part of a newly established Alzheimer’s Society Doctoral training centre.

Many of our members are also members of the . This is a network based at University of Southampton, chaired by Dr Diego Gomez-Nicola and administrated by . It consists of Dementia researchers from Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Sussex.
