Research

I primarily work as a member of the XMM Cluster Survey (XCS), the collaboration that my supervisor (Professor Kathy Romer) founded, I am also a member of the Dark Energy Survey (DES), and the Dark Energy working group of the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST-DESC). I specialise in galaxy clusters, and am currently working to measure the masses of as many clusters as possible in order to help cluster cosmology efforts in DES and LSST-DESC.

My research also involves searching for Green Peas, a rare type of highly star-forming galaxy that could be responsible for the reionisation of the Universe after the cosmic dark ages.
