Biography
With a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Brescia (Italy), Luca obtained a MSc in IT with Business and Management with distinction at AV视频 in 2016. The same year, he joined the Foundation of Software Systems at AV视频 as a PhD student. For his PhD, Luca is working on machine-generated congestion control, particularly in datacentres, to optimize resource allocation.
