Research
My research interests lie in the field 听of International Politics and History. I specialise in听recent US foreign policy and have published two books on America鈥檚 role in international affairs. I have also worked for almost ten years on 听 secondment at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, as a senior analyst.听My current research arises from a Leverhulme Foundation Major Fellowship on the US relations with Emerging Powers. 听I also have research interests in British foreign policy and in domestic American Politics and have published a book on US race relations.
